What :PowerCycling 12 Minute Indoor Time Trial

Indoor training doesn't need to be boring and tedious; come experience PowerCycling and spark the competitive spirit within yourself during this fun event. At the same time learn how adopting the PowerCycling training method can give you measurable gains in your power and endurance. Each participant will be given a 15 minute warm-up period before the 12 minute TT race effort. You will be riding the CycleOps PT300 indoor cycle equipped with a PowerTap.
Your average watts produced during the 12 minute TT will determine your power to weight ratio, which is a great gauge as to where your fitness level is currently at. This allows riders to compete across the board independent of how many watts are produced.
By participating in this unique event you will learn a pacing strategy that will help you shave valuable seconds, if not minutes, off your times from last year and give you that competitive edge in your next event.
