Triathlon Training Amidst Total Uncertainty Normally we would be getting together somewhere and talking to Club sponsor and coach to many AATC members, Michael Parker of Parker Performance Training, about preparing for our upcoming races. We'll do this in virtual fashion and cover pertinent topics amidst our current reality when it come to triathlon training and [maybe] racing. Join us on Monday, May 18th, at 7:30PM on Zoom! How do we stay motivated without a for-certain target race? How do we maintain fitness if there are no races this summer? What should be our goals in 2020 if we're already looking to 2021? For beginners to seasoned age groupers, we'll cover and discuss the above as well as Michael's recommendations for dry land swim training, strength training and flexibility, as well as typical topics such as injury prevention and and rest, and the mental side of training especially in the current absence of group training sessions.
