Summer
Thursday Bricks
Thursday bricks! We'll meet every week, unless it's raining, in which case, you can ride at your own risk. Here's the info:
The brick will be out of Bandemeer Park/Huron Bridge Park located on Whitmore Lake Rd at Barton Dr. The ride is around 26 miles, with a steady climb up Whitmore Lake Rd, a scenic jaunt along the shore of Whitmore Lake itself, and a fast, flat return on 7 Mile and Pontiac Trail. The run course options include Barton Pond, Argo Pond, Bird Hills, Gallup Park, and more.
Please be ready to ride by 6:00, and be prepared to secure your bike during the run, as there is no place to leave your bike otherwise.

Friday Swim & Run
Join us at Silver Lake in the Pinckney State Recreation Area, weather permitting, at 6:30 for the rest of the summer for an open-water swim and trail run, led by whomever shows up. The swim course is a 500 yard out-and-back along buoys. For the run, there are 3 trails available. the most famous and widely know is the
Potawatomi Trail, or "Poto", which is around 13-16 miles. You will also find 2 shorter trails here,
the Silver Lake trail, and the Crooked Lake trail.
Directions:
Pinckney State Recreation Area is about 20 miles northwest of Ann Arbor.
From I-96 Follow I-96 to US-23, Head South on US-23 to the N. Territorial exit (Exit 49). Follow N. territorial West for about 10 miles till you reach Dexter Townhall Rd., Head North (right turn) on Dexter Townhall Rd. for a little more than 1 mile, and enter Pinckney state park on the Left hand side (can't miss it). Once you pass the ranger booth the parking is straight ahead. park wherever you can, it gets crowded on the summer weekends from beach users.
If you are taking I-696, follow I-696 West towards Lansing. I-696 turns into I-96 at the I-275 interchange (stay in the left lane), Follow the above directions.
From I-94 Take I-94 to US-23 North. Head North on Us-23 to exit 49, N. Territorial road. Head West on N. Territorial for about 10 miles till you reach Dexter Townhall Rd., Head North (right turn) on Dexter Townhall Rd. for a little more than 1 mile, and enter Pinckney state park on the Left hand side (can't miss it). From I-96/SR-14 Follow I-96 West towards Ann Arbor, I-96 turns into SR-14 at the I-275 interchange (stay straight), follow SR-14 Towards Ann Arbor, follow the signs lead you to US-23 North, this will put you on US-23/SR-14 interchange. At exit 46 you will head North on Us-23 to exit 49 (N. Territorial Road). Head West on N. Territorial for about 10 miles till you reach Dexter Townhall Rd., Head North (right turn) on Dexter Townhall Rd. for a little more than 1 mile, and enter Pinckney state park on the Left hand side (can't miss it). Once you pass the ranger booth the parking is straight ahead. park wherever you can, it gets crowded on the summer weekends from beach users.

Saturday Morning Run
The run out of Gallup Park will continue through the summer. The park offers a great location and lots of variety in terrain.

- Meet at 9:00am in the second parking lot at Gallup Park
- The course will wander through Gallup Park, the Arb, and neighboring areas
- Everyone is welcome! All paces are accommodated.

Sunday Ride
Join us for long ride every Sunday morning. We'll leave from Barton Park at 8:00am and ride routes from 35 to 70+ miles. Coffee stop mandatory and nobody gets left behind.

Winter
Thursday Night Trainer Ride
Our very own sponsorship chair, Dave Vannette, has teamed up with
club partner, Ride Boutique, to offer a weekly trainer night. Dave has
a whole series of trainer rides lined up for us to help build a solid
cycling foundation and get those fast-twitch muscles ready for spring.
The ride will start at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday and will take place at
Ride Boutique at 924 N. Main St. Please bring your bike, trainer, a mat
(if you have one,) and a towel. Also, if you have any special musical
preferences, Dave takes requests, so bring him a copy and he will do
his best to make sure you get to hear whatever it is that gets you going
Sunday Endurance Cycling at 1:1
Back by popular demand! Starting at 1pm and lasting 2 hours, this is
not one to be missed. To reserve your spot, please RSVP to Michael

- Group
Runs at Running Fit: Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm in Ann Arbor On
Tuesdays, meet in front of the Running Fit store at 123 E. Liberty (4th
and Liberty St.) in Ann Arbor. This run is a great option, especially
until the indoor track opens up in January. On Thursdays, meet at the
Running Corporate HQ at 42 Enterprise Dr. in Ann Arbor. All runners are
welcome.
