Thursday Bricks
Thursday bricks! We'll meet every week, unless it's raining, in which case, you can ride at your own risk. Here's the info:What: Ann Arbor Triathlon Club bike/run bricks. The bike is an out-and-back totaling about 20 miles, with some rolling hills. The run is a flat loop, approximately 1.5 miles long.
Where: Barton Park (intersection of Bird Road and Huron River Drive in Ann Arbor)
When: Every Thursday at 6:00pm, weather permitting. (See the Event Calendar for specific dates and times)
Provided: Gatorade and Great Harvest cookies

Friday Swim & Run
They'll be every week at Pinckney State Recreation Area, weather permitting, at 6:30 for the rest of the summer, led by whomever shows up. (See the Event Calendar for specific dates and times)Directions:
Pinckney State Recreation Area is about 20 miles northwest of Ann Arbor. There are 3 trails available, the most famous and widely know is the Potawatomi Trail, or "Poto". You will also find 2 shorter trails here, the Silver Lake trail, and the Crooked Lake trail.
From I-96 Follow I-96 to US-23, Head South on US-23 to the N. Territorial exit (Exit 49). Follow N. territorial West for about 10 miles till you reach Dexter Townhall Rd., Head North (right turn) on Dexter Townhall Rd. for a little more than 1 mile, and enter Pinckney state park on the Left hand side (can't miss it). Once you pass the ranger booth the parking is straight ahead. park wherever you can, it gets crowded on the summer weekends from beach users.
If you are taking I-696, follow I-696 West towards Lansing. I-696 turns into I-96 at the I-275 interchange (stay in the left lane), Follow the above directions.
From I-94 Take I-94 to US-23 North. Head North on Us-23 to exit 49, N. Territorial road. Head West on N. Territorial for about 10 miles till you reach Dexter Townhall Rd., Head North (right turn) on Dexter Townhall Rd. for a little more than 1 mile, and enter Pinckney state park on the Left hand side (can't miss it). From I-96/SR-14 Follow I-96 West towards Ann Arbor, I-96 turns into SR-14 at the I-275 interchange (stay straight), follow SR-14 Towards Ann Arbor, follow the signs lead you to US-23 North, this will put you on US-23/SR-14 interchange. At exit 46 you will head North on Us-23 to exit 49 (N. Territorial Road). Head West on N. Territorial for about 10 miles till you reach Dexter Townhall Rd., Head North (right turn) on Dexter Townhall Rd. for a little more than 1 mile, and enter Pinckney state park on the Left hand side (can't miss it). Saturday Morning Run
Randy Layton will again be leading Saturday morning runs, starting at Half Moon Lake in the Pinckney Rec Area. Meet at the upper parking lot at Half Moon Lake. The run will follow the course of the Ann Arbor Triathlon. Check out this link for a location map and a map of the run:

Details
- Meet at 9:30am or 10:30am in the upper parking lot of Half Moon Lake.
- The course is 5 miles; if you show up at 9:30am, you can opt to run the course again at 10:30am for a total run of 10 miles.
- Randy will bring water and occasionally cookies for refreshment afterwards.
- The course is mostly on trails and offers some challenging hills.
- Everyone is welcome! All paces are accommodated.

Sunday Ride
Join us for long ride every Sunday morning. We'll leave
from Barton Park at 8:00am and ride routes from 35 to 70+ miles. Coffee stop mandatory and nobody gets left behind.
